I wasn’t going to post anything until Friday but sure enough, an incident at work today got me thinking. The problem that occurred is symptomatic of what’s wrong with this company, this city, this state, the entire country. This country is in a period wherein industries and divisions of local, state and federal government agencies actually run better when certain “key people” are “missing”. Missing? Yes. When they call off sick, disappear, whatever, there’s a chance for something to be accomplished more efficiently. Doesn’t make sense, right? Wrong.

Today, our “head” QC guy for one department went missing. This is a regular occurrence. But he never gets in trouble for vanishing, never gets called on the carpet for leaving early, calling in sick/calling off at least three times per month, every month. He’s hasn’t yet been taken to task for disappearing for hours on end in the middle of the workday. How can he get away with this? Wait. Hold off on answering that question. To set this round of comments and complaints up correctly, I need to mention that last week I gave three weeks notice for a dental appointment and was immediately asked if there wasn’t some way I could change the date? Postpone it? Shit-can it all together? If I mention I need to leave early or come in late due to personal business that is impossible to avoid, you can’t imagine the wailing from management. Why? Because as I mentioned in my first blog entry, I’m a White Guy, one of that block of White Guys who are holding the place together, making the business run. White guy gone = bad. Latino/black guy gone = who cares? I know more than a few of you out there in Diversity Land go through this. The acceptance of mediocrity from certain elements in the workplace has led to white males being in a bizarre situation. We are vilified and passed up when it comes to promotions or credit for good work or innovation but expected to carry the buckets for darlings of multiculturalism. And we’re not to complain as these frauds take credit and reap undeserved rewards. This goes on in many industries. It isn’t only blacks and latinos riding on the White Guy’s back. It’s women of all colors and not a few Asians and Indians in technical and scientific fields. All of this with the full backing of Uncle Sam.

Yeah, some of you have written me and said I should be tackling bigger issues here. I will. But for now, I need to get some more of the crap going on at work off my chest before I go after bigger game at LA City Hall, Sacramento and DC. I need to get my feet wet with this writing thing. Besides, my situation at work is undoubtedly the same situation for millions of other White Guys out there who don’t have a forum. Yet. Who don’t have any support or backing. Yet. A lot of White Guys out there are aware or catching on to the fact that they’re footstools for people who frankly are not as good as they are. But to say so makes them a “racist”. Or a “hater”. I’ve had people say this to me when I tell them the truth. I tell them point blank that “I’m correct. Show me where I’m wrong.” They all stammer and stutter. Because they expect you to be defensive. Don’t be defensive. Turn things around. Use their own terms and language against them, ask them why they want to follow hateful, racist, discriminatory practices against whites. They get defensive and lose their footing in no time. I’ll get into this more deeply in a few days. It’s fun to do. As long as you use their terms first they can’t fire back. I kid you not. Too often we let them get off the first shot. Don’t.

While there has always been and will always be workplace malingerers, the special protection afforded non-whites and the influx of more and more of them each day into whatever we should be calling the former US has exacerbated the problem. Why? Because huge percentages of the black, hispanic and other non-white populations have a genetic predisposition toward this kind of behavior. Toward being lazy goof offs always looking for some way to get over by working as little as possible or not at all. By getting someone else to do their work. I’ve run into the occasional White guy like this, we all have. But when working with blacks and latinos you will find most of them trying to scam their way out of work. The black approach is flat out laziness, not doing a damn thing. The latino approach is to start working on something and keep going. Going as long as they’re supervised. The minute ol’ Whitey walks away the work slows down or stops entirely. “Hey man, something came up,” is one of the usual excuses Whitey hears when he comes back and finds another mess courtesy of multiculturalism. How long can businesses, social services, governments survive with their innards being chewed away by hordes of two-legged Boll weevils? Some of them are named Hector.

I’ve spoken with people who tell me that since the border was removed years back, they have seen their workplaces flooded with Hectors. And they all have the same self centered smugness cultivated and encouraged by the schools and media in the US. Our Hector, as he exits work at 4:59 p.m., can off-handedly and with more than a little arrogance tell management that he “won’t be in tomorrow,” and catch no flack. Why? You already know the answer; he’s latino. Being latino (or non-white) is one way to get an all-purpose pass that includes the right to non-punishable malingering. The flip side is that Hector doesn’t really do anything of note while at work except eat, smoke pot out in the parking lot, tell jokes with his friends, and send emails or make phone calls to different women he’s trying to romance. He’s chasing a bunch of women because his pregnant - again - girlfriend bores him. Hector spends the other portion of his day wasting more oxygen, scratching his pot belly and telling anyone within earshot how he’s the hardest working guy in the company. Which he believes somewhat. Hundreds of companies and government offices around the country are saddled with Hectors and worse. They might indulge in different activities, but the results are the same. They might not be Hectors depending on where you live. They might be Leroys, Antuwans or Shawandas. They slow things down, gum up the works, make everything harder to do just by their mere presence. They actually end up creating more work. I suspect some government offices might think this is a plus. In private industry or civil service, we end up paying a price. We have to continuously double check their work, keep an eye on them constantly, fill in for them when they’re taking (another) sick day, taking personal days, days off for sick or dying relatives or just plain vanishing for anywhere from 15 minutes to 3 hours. The problems we have on the other side, say you’re a customer being served by these people at a store, restaurant or the DMV is a whole article in itself. If these people were suddenly gone for good, things would run so much more smoothly that even the most brainwashed White person out there would be thrown for a loop.

Down the line a guy like Hector might be bounced if management has a large enough stack of documented foul-ups to present to the labor board. It’s not like “they” can’t be fired, it’s just that companies have to jump through flaming hoop after flaming hoop to fire most non-whites, making the process expensive and time consuming. This is all on purpose. I really believe the laws are rigged to harm businesses, not to actually help the non-white lazy good for nothings. Helping frauds like Hector is just a side effect. I believe the eventual goal is destroy most American businesses and infrastructure. Hector himself is just one of a good sized chunk of latino workers at my place of employment who behave in a certain manner. They are a prime example of a problem overtaking almost all of the American workplace. Destroying America’s corporate innards. Eating away at America’s infrastructure. Boll weevils. On one level, the workforce in the US increasingly resembles some sort of giant charity project that’s concerned with boosting the self esteem of millions of workers who spent their childhood riding the short bus to school, if they went to school at all.

I’d better mention that Hector and his latino buddies are not the only ones at our proud little company that take off whenever they like, despite not being in management or company “executives”. Not by a long shot. There’s another group of government protected people who are feeling their oats these days and I don’t mean blacks. This other group flexing its muscles? Ho-mo-sexuals. You know, queers. They’re proud of it, too. Our Operations Manager is a huge, hulking, 5’10” 300 lb 50 year old full on diesel-dyke with a massive jet black 1980’s Rick Springfield haircut. You can bet that she probably wanted Jessie’s Girl back in the day. Since she was brought in 6 months ago by our switch hitting (bi-sexual) General Manager she has directly hired 5 people. All female. All lesbians. All militant. Of course all of them hate White males. It’s no simple case of penis envy either. The Operations Manager takes off any time she likes. So do any of the lesbians. With scant notice they leave early, go take off for a day or two. Once again, not so for those piece of shit White Guys. If they’re gone, nothing will get done! Can’t let that happen! (You'll never hear them openly admit this) On occasion the dykes are a little more discreet when they set up last minute time off. Occasionally. Some days, I’ll show up for work, and ask were so-and-so is. Oh, she’s out, needed to take a day, she put in for it yesterday with management. Or some days I’ll get the 4:55 p.m. official, CYA email explaining that one of the dykes won’t be in. Again. We’ll be expecting you “…to cover her work while she’s gone.” Oh yeah. Happens a lot when certain projects are in full swing. Then one of the White Guys will be stuck with some dyke’s work. Which she’ll get full credit for if it sails through successfully. When something looks like it might tank, a lot of the dykes develop illnesses and family emergencies, leaving, you guessed it, one of the White Guys to try and save things. If the unfortunate White male can’t save the day, he’ll catch most of the blame or at least the negative attention. And here I was being told these confused creatures are more than equal to White Guys. They’re better than White Guys. Perception is the key. Media people know this. This is why homos are portrayed as funny, smart, creative and just a bit more wise than all those homophobic straight White people. That’s why TV is loaded with so many black authority figures and “African American” scientists that any aliens out there picking up TV signals from the US would think that this planet is ruled by Africans. Perception is the key. That’s why illegal aliens are portrayed as only being here to help their families and do the work Americans won’t do. As being perpetual victims of white racism. Wake up. Illegals kill 12 Americans a day. I guess that’s another one of the jobs most White Americans don’t want to do. Who perceives that?

It's a sweet deal. Don't work as hard or as much, but enjoy all of the benefits of those actually doing the work. In fact, more benefits.


Today, one of our Hectors was missing. This time it was noticeable because someone in the out-of-touch upper management actually thought they could count on him to be around to help with a last minute bit of manual labor. Because he wasn't around to stall and screw things up, the work was taken care of rather quickly. There’s a myth out there that latinos don’t mind manual labor. The latinos engaged in manual labor do so because it’s all that most of them can do. Study after study shows that the children of recent “latino immigrants” have much higher unemployment rates than their parents, and that the next generation has a higher unemployment rate and so on. Go ahead, google it on the net. Does this rising unemployment among successive generations sound familiar? Yeah, it’s the “black thing” happening all over again. Think there’s enough money from white taxpayers to fund two huge populations of people grabbing social services? No, not for long there isn’t. Keep in mind that a large, very large percentage of latinos who work are also collecting welfare, WIC, food stamps and more. They also enjoy voucher housing, Section 8 housing, public housing, the list is endless. It isn’t only the illegals, the new arrivals who are double dipping. The latino men who are recent border hoppers have their wives say they aren’t married or they just don’t get married at all. That way Marta at home gets her welfare check courtesy of her anchor babies to go with Roberto’s weekly pay. The checks and other monthly handouts grow and grow as Marta farts out kid after kid. Now the “native” latinos, you know, the “mexican-Americans” have hopped on the bandwagon and are playing this game also. Maybe Hector has disappeared to go help a hispanic honey have another anchor baby. Maybe the kid won’t stay on welfare. Maybe he’ll join the "workforce" and contribute as much as Hector has. More and more Hectors are born every day. They’re out to take more than your job. They’re out to do more than just ruin your quality of life. They want your life, period.

Keep up the great blog and tell it as it is!
Thank god that we can compare notes and see how bad things actually are in the gulag of 'enforced diversity.

In 1989, I was in just such a company in the Chicago area. The white liberal owner hired a couple of bogusly documented steezers and at first they worked their brown hindquarters off. Of course the QC percentage took a dive and the rework rate skyrocketed, but that meant overtime for others and the economy was in the shitter for manufacturing employees as it has been since 1980.

Then more Latrinos came in and they manifested exactly the same behavior as you describe. Hector, Jose and Miguel would call in sick, come in reeking of weed and of course throw their shit-smeared toilet paper on the toilet floor. Even in Spanish their reading comprehension was elementary school level. My father, who was retired from the plant and speaks good Spanish from being an exchange student in Argentina, was brought in as a consultant to train them. Quality continued to plunge and in 1992 one of our parts was implicated in an air crash. The owner sold the company to a multinational conglomerate and we were all fired promptly.

I moved to Salt Lake City and became an "Instant Jack Mormon". The pay scales are not terribly good there but it's nearly all White. That's surely worth something.
